Harvest Intern - Domaine Grosbois & Domaine des Hauts Baigneux (LOIRE VALLEY - FRANCE)

About this role:
Domaine Grosbois & Domaine des Hauts Baigneux is looking for 6 interns to help us this coming vintage. Domains of 45 Ha in organic and biodynamic agriculture, operating vineyards of Cabernet franc, Chenin, grolleau, sauvignon, in Panzoult, called Chinon & Touraine Azay-le-Rideau.

We are looking for several Winemaking Assistants/Winemakers for the harvest season.

What We Expect:

  • You will participate in the reception of the harvest, following the winemaking, thinning, extracting and

at the post winemaking work.

  • Autonomous, rigorous (se), with a good team spirit,

  • You will report to your manager directly.

  • Good communication skill.

  • Result of a wine training, experience desired.

  • You must be able to lift 40 lbs. (a case of wine)

Duration: Full time/Seasonal (2/3 months) + overtime

Harvest Intern - Les Vignobles de Ramatuelle (Presqu'island of Saint Tropez- FRANCE)

About this role:
Les Vignobles de Ramatuelle: Cooperative cellar in the heart of the Presqu'island of Saint-Tropez is looking for a wine-maker for a complete mission of winemaking.

We are looking for several Winemaking Assistants/Winemakers for the harvest season.

What We Expect:

  • We produce 8000HL, mainly rosé wines in the name Cotes de Provence.

    You will be tasked with supervising the production from the entry of the grapes to the final wine and preservation.

  • You are dynamic and enthusiastic, you will be a real pillar in our organization thanks to your journey and passion for wine.

  • You will be able to integrate the cellar as soon as possible in order to acclimatize yourself to the structure and staff, as well as to our winemaking protocols in order to have the most interesting and enriching harvests possible.

Assistant Cellar Master -Vignobles Gonfrie (Cadillac - Côtes de Bordeaux- FRANCE)

About this role:
A family winegrowing business covering 850 ha, 200 ha of which is organic, in the south of Bordeaux (Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux appellation) is looking for a seasonal worker for the 2024 vintage.

Responsibilities

Working directly with the managers, and in particular the cellar master, the seasonal employee will take part in all the vinifications of our traditional and special top-of-the-range cuvées. In this position, together with the rest of the team, you will be in charge of all the technical operations in the cellar, for all colours, from the arrival of the harvest to bottling.

What We Expect:

  • We are looking for candidates with experience in winemaking, ideally. However, candidates who have not yet had any experience in the field and who are keen to learn more at operational level are very welcome.

Duration: offering a 3 to 5 month internship starting in August 2024.
