Bet9ja Promotion Code YOHAIG: Troubleshooting Guide
The Bet9ja promotion code is YOHAIG, and when it appears not to work the cause is almost always one of six things. Work through these in order.
Whitespace on autofill
Browser autofill and copy-paste both introduce invisible whitespace. A space before or after the code can cause a silent failure. Type the six characters manually instead of pasting.
Registration was already complete
The Promotion Code field only appears on the registration form. Customer service cannot apply a code retroactively. This is a hard rule, not a discretionary one. Nothing recovers it on an existing account.
Under ₦100
does not credit anything by itself. The minimum qualifying deposit is ₦100. Check that the deposit cleared rather than sitting pending.
KYC pending
An unverified account will not receive bonus funds. Confirm the email or SMS link, then complete your address and bank details under My Account.
5. The one-per-household rule was triggered
The offer is limited to one per account, household, IP address and payment method. If someone on your connection has already claimed, or you have used that card elsewhere, the system will block it. This is not something support will override.
Rollover not met
A credited bonus is not the same as withdrawable money. Wagering runs at 10x, on selections priced at 3.00 or higher, within 30 days. Backing short-priced favourites makes no progress toward the requirement. Check your rollover status in the account section rather than guessing.
Still stuck?
Raise it with bet9ja promotion code 2026 support, who can see what was recorded against the account. Support can tell you whether a code was captured at sign-up, which settles most disputes immediately.
The simplest fix is prevention: enter YOHAIG during registration, verify the account, then deposit ₦100 or more.
